Some years ago, R.J. Rushdoony said that as times get "hard," necklines go up and hemlines come down. The newest "High Fashion" is "Sky-high necklines." It is indeed sad that it takes difficult times for modesty to be fashionable when, for Christians, it should always be fashionable.
